The in-person convention is taking place in the Automotive Building, formerly known as The Beanfield Centre, situated at 105 Princes' Blvd, Toronto, ON M6K 3C3. Upon entering from the North lobby, the registration area can be found on the first floor, across from Ballroom A. Workshops and thematic panels will be take place on the second floor, accessible via the escalator.

Public Transit
• Exhibition Go, If travelling to Exhibition Place by GO Transit, please get off at the Exhibition GO station.• 29 Dufferin Bus, take the Bloor subway to Dufferin Station, board the #29 bus south to Exhibition Place.
• 121A/C Fort-York Esplanade, this bus route originates at Front St East at Parliament St. and will drop passengers off at Princes' Gates loop.
• 511 Bathurst Streetcar, take the Bloor subway to Bathurst Station, board the #511 streetcar south to Exhibition Place.
• 509 Harbourfront Streetcar, Take the Yonge-University subway to Union Station. Take the 509 Streetcar from the Union Station southbound streetcar tunnel towards Exhibition Place. Note: For Beanfield Centre please use the Strachan Avenue stop adjacent to the Princes' Gates.
By Car
• From the East: Take the Gardiner Expressway west to Spadina/Lake Shore Boulevard cutoff and follow the signs for Lake Shore Boulevard. Take Lake Shore Boulevard to Strachan Avenue and enter via Manitoba Dr. (just north of the Princes' Gates).
• From the West: Take the Gardiner Expressway east to Lake Shore Boulevard. Stay on Lake Shore Blvd. West. There are three entrance points (at the traffic lights) to Exhibition Place from Lake Shore Boulevard - British Columbia Road, Ontario Drive and Newfoundland Drive.

The check in table will open at 7:30am with Welcome and Opening Remarks starting at 8:50am. On-site registration will not be permitted.

Yes, Hotel X Toronto is connected by Sky Bridge to Automotive Building and Enercare Centre.

We suggest bringing a sweater in case the room is colder than personal preference. Laptops are optional but encouraged.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the Automotive Building and all areas of Enercare Centre.

There will limited tables equipped with electrical outlets for attendees to charge their laptops and other personal devices during the sessions.

Sessions will not be recorded; only the Student Case Event in the Ballroom will be recorded. Participants are not permitted to record any sessions.

An event staff member will be present at the registration desk throughout the day to assist any participants who may arrive late. Feel free to approach them for any assistance or any information you may need.

Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drinks; however, a continental breakfast, lunch, and beverages will also be provided onsite. Attendees are allowed to consume food and drinks in the session rooms as well as other lounge areas within the Automotive Building. Additionally, breakfast and lunch will be available in Ballroom A.

We will host our inaugural Student Case Event at TOPHC 2025 with teams participating from across the province and beyond. TOPHC 2025 participants are welcome to observe the event in Ballroom A from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
